- it's tidbits of comic relief
- it's use of the Spider Man theme-song as an element of comic relief
- decent plot line (not too predictable)
- fight scenes (not just action-y but artsy. You go special effects people)
- emotional characters (it's manly to cry and love and hope-- that's a message that seldom gets shown)
- and for a superhero movie, it wasn't too cheesy
Overall, you could tell a lot of care went into the production of this movie. A lot of attention was given to details and the actors gave it their all.
